From the cheesemaker and charcuterie corners, offering fresh and aged cheeses, local cured meats, and truffled quail eggs, to the traditional Pugliese corner with hot panzerotti, focaccia, reimagined parmigiana, fava beans and chicory, barattieri, and seasonal vegetables.
